Selain dekat dengan adik-adik, program Sekolah Mentari ini juga memperbolehkan para ‘Kambing’ untuk berkeliling dan bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat. Banyak diantara kakak pembimbing tersebut yang semakin mengenal dengan adik-adik di sana dengan mendengarkan cerita mereka, bermain bersama, dan juga mengajarkan hal baru kepada mereka. Beberapa kegiatan tersebut diantaranya bertema kreativitas karya, mendongeng, mencintai lingkungan, hingga menghafalkan lagu nasional. Kegiatan Sekolah Mentari ini diadakan setiap dua minggu sekali di hari Minggu dengan kegiatan yang bervariasi. Para volunteer yang ikut harus mendaftar terlebih dahulu untuk menjadi seorang ‘Kambing’ – memiliki makna Kakak Pembimbing untuk adik-adik di Rumah Mentari – agar dapat dihitung kuota volunteer pada setiap kegiatannya. Pelaksanaan Sekolah Mentari tahun 2019-2020 ini dapat diikuti oleh seluruh anggota biasa KMKL-ITB dimulai sejak 29 September 2019 lalu. All the contestants should be dressed and act as if they were from the time period the mall is stuck in, i.e. How many of them make it out alive (if any…) depends on the choices the audience makes throughout the story. There will be TEN contestants battling for their lives in the challenge. One of the contestants will retrieve an important piece of the puzzle to defeat evil, but the other one will die. At the end of each episode, the audience will once again get to make a choice and decide which two contestants to send to the final challenge. The choices you guys make during the episode do affect how things progress. Each “episode” will be interactive, with questions like the one you see above the audience (you, again) will be able to answer.

The contenders (your sims) will be put through a series of challenges in order to defeat the evil that is trying to kill them. This sim version operates very similarly to the youtube show. The premise of the show is basically a murder-mystery reality challenge, where contenders have to solve riddles and challenges to survive the night and escape whatever place frozen in time they have been catapulted to. This is going to be an interactive story / sim challenge based on the Youtube TV series Escape the Night. You never thought you’d be left stranded in some kind of alternate dimension fighting to survive the night… What harm could have come of that? Just an evening at the mall.
